Condominium

Requirements:

1. Original or certified copy of the ownership history containing data by the Public Registry of Property.
2. Property tax bill updated.
3. Certificate of title, in case the property information does not match with the catastral.
4. In case the property has boundaries with the sea or lagoon, federal zone: ZOFEMAT fee, sea-land zone permit.
5. Site Compatibility certificate
6. Authorized permit by Catastral to build the condominium.
7. Official ID copy of the appearing party, present the original one at the deed signature.
8. Appearing party general information
9. In case one of them has a proxy: power for administration effects.
10.  Documents of the condominium as:
11.  Undivided Share chart
12.  Description of Common and private areas.
13.  Blueprints of the Condominium and remaining utilities.
14.  Establishment of Condominium fee.
15.  Catastral certificate
16.  No liens certificate
17.  Valuation
