Legal Adjudication

Requirements:
  1.         Certified copy of the court case in which it is recorded the designation of the notary officer.
  2.         Order of the judge in which it authorizes the notary officer and commands to deliver a certified copy of the file for its confirmation.
  3.         Background records of the property that has information from the Public Registry of Property and Commerce of not being filed in the court case.
  4.         Evidence of nomenclature, in case the information of the property does not match with the cadastre.
  5.         Evidence of no payment due of water services.
  6.         Property tax bill updated in payments.
  7.         In case of properties that collides with sea or lagoon the payment updated of the sea and land federal zone.
  8.         General information of the appearing party, in case any of them is being represented original and certified copy of proxy power for acts of ownership.
  9.         Valuation.
  10.         Cadastral certificate
  11.         No liens certificate.

Any transaction requires:

 

  • CITIZEN ID

  • TAX ID

  • Personal ID

  • Proof of residence
